The examination will test you on how well you can use the following applications:

• Databases, such as Microsoft Access - read the list of skills required
• Word Processing, such as Microsoft Word
• Spreadsheet, such as Microsoft Excel
• Presentation, such as Microsoft PowerPoint

It will also test you on how well you use these applications together at the same time. This is called Integration.
